Cosy 1 bedroom apartment in a private condominium with adult & childs pools and 24h porter located in Cascais, walking distance to the town centre, marina & beach.
The property offers guests with Cable TV, Wi-fi internet and a built in radio system to all rooms. It is also quite close to the famous 'Guincho' beach and some of the great seafood restaurants along this fine coastline. A trendy cafe is located across the road along with mini supermarket, bank & pharmacy. Less than5 min walk is famous 'Casa da Guia' boutique mall (Lovely Seafood Restaurants, Sushi Bar and Cafes) located on the cliff side with beautiful panoramic ocean views.

This very well maintained and sought after apartment can accommodate couples or 2 individual guests. The property is located in Cascais (Guia), in a quiet residential area. Guests can however benefit to the close proximity of excellent restaurants, beaches, bars, shops, etc. From here you can visit Estoril and Sintra very easily. Lisbon is also reachable very easily using the convenient railway that connects Lisbon to Cascais. From the City center in Lisbon, guests may get on the underground network and gain access to many places of interest. Sintra is located within a 25mins drive away.

    Ketan was pleasant to deal with and very personable. He explained everything to us. Although the place does need some updating, we enjoyed the terrace and the ocean view. It was peaceful and you can easily explore by walking or driving which everything was close by. Thanks Ketan.the terrace

    The appartement is in a very quiet condo,very clean, a very good small supermarket opposite and a wunderful baker.,also a very good restaurant nearby.There is a private parking and a very clean pool.

    The apartment was ideal for me and my daughter, with everything we needed, including a balcony for eating outside. Great location close to Casa da Guia with its shops and restaurants, and lovely walks along the seafront into town. Bakery and supermarkets nearby. The shared pool was lovely, and never busy. A warm welcome by Ketana on arrival who also arranged our airport transfers. Would definitely come here again.

    Property is located in great area. Nearby restaurants, bakery and grocery stores. Walk a few feet and you are on the shore overlooking the beautiful cliffs and blue Atlantic Ocean. Bus stop around the corner as well as bicycle rentals. Ketan and Sandra are excellent property managers and we highly recommend this property!

    Its only a 15 minute walk into town which we loved and helped with our daily steps!! It also meant the neighbourhood was peaceful at night. Lovely pool area

    Parking was outside in a gated area. However, it does not protect a car from receiving damage by one of the tenants or renters! On our 2nd day we found a 6 intentional scratch on the front passenger door. The next day we found a 2nd scratch that was about 8 long. Both were intentional probably by one of the unit owners. I can't believe that a renter would do something like this. We had French license plates which might have helped target our car. Otherwise, a very spacious, comfortable, clean and pretty well stocked with basic things like coffee, some sugar and paper towels, a lovely bottle of wine with OJ and some milk. Also had the necessary items to cook and eat with. Especially enjoyed the balcony with a peek to the ocean. Great area for restaurants and a fully loaded grocery store and bakery very close by. It is a large building and one needs to be aware of where the apartment is within the building. Would definitely stay at this apartment again!

    This was not close enough to town for us. In addition the view was missing the ocean as we had thought it would. Nice town just a bad choice for us.
