Great location, clean and comfortable accomodations and a warm and inviting host.

Had a lovely stay in the flat, great communication from the owner before arriving and very accommodating with time of arrival. We were unfamiliar with the area and thought we had booked in Nazare' but it's infact Sitiu which is about 30/40 minutes walk from Nazare - it worked well for us as we liked Sitiu more than Nazare' anyway! We will certainly get in touch if we go back there as the flat met our requirements. There was also a washing machine which was a great addition to our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Riu was a fabulous landlord and went above and beyond our expectations to make our vacation special. The apartment was very quaint and clean. Just the right size for two people. A fifteen minute walk to the square on the mountain. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment as it was quiet and had everything we needed

The place is just as seen in the photos, very clean and with enough bits and bobs in the kitchen to help make a meal.This is an anex to a house, with independent-ish entrance (owner lives on the grounds). Our host showed us the property on arrival and checked up on us before we left, so you'll have the independence you need. The place felt slightly cold/damp, but the weather was still fresh when we stayed, so that was likely the reason for it.Location is good, and quiet, close to the north beach, but still need a vehicle as too far away to walk it.They offer basic toiletries but remember to bring your shampoo as this is not provided (not a big deal for me as I would normally bring my own). Matters was a bit too firm for our taste. Cable TV has a few English speaking channels.Overall, place was good, clean and in a quiet residential area, offering the peace and quiet needed for a good night sleep.

We found the location to be perfect for day trips. Rui was available for providing advice, historical information and he responded to any questions we had immediately. Both he and his wife went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay enjoyable.

Just wanted a week to relax and watch the surf in the mornings

The accommodations are better than advertised, impeccably clean and modern! Rui, is by far THE BEST host I have ever encountered, and I’ve been travelling via VRBO for a few years! He went out of his way and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and right for me! Nazare is a must visit destination, staying in these accommodations well ensure your trip exceptional!!! If I could give more stars ⭐️ I absolutely would!!!

The owner is very nice, friendly and answers very promptly to messages. He even gave us a Xmas present! The apartment is clean, has everything you need and is quiet. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the farol or to playa do norte.We had an issue with the heating, but the next day the owner found a solution. So we managed all right. Note: in Portugal apartments usually don't have heating. When we arrived the apt was cold and we had only too very small electric heaters, not at all enough to have a decent temperature in the apt. But the next day we were given an additional bigger electric heater. From the windows you have no view and the outside terrace is very small and doesn't really have a view on the ocean as others reviews said.

Rui was beyond helpful! The place was spotless, in a terrific neighborhood and very comfortable.
