These functionally furnished holiday apartments are located on the second floor of a family house above Ika. Apartment CKO284 has a minimum ceiling height of 100 cm. From its loggia you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the village. Apartment CKO285 has an open terrace in the courtyard. The apartments can be combined by two smaller families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holiday together. There is a beautiful pebble beach near the property. Ika has the charm of an old fishing village. It is located on the slopes of Uka. As you stroll through the charming streets, you will discover old houses, Art Nouveau villas that served as cottages for the former Austro-Hungarian elite, as well as modern villas. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will find a wide range of sporting activities here, from swimming, diving and fishing to cycling and hiking. The Lungomare promenade, which also runs through Ika, stretches from Opatija to Lovran.
