48 St Nicholas Court is on one level throughout. The entrance hall from the patio takes you through to a spacious open plan apartment with a well equipped kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.The lounge/dining area with views over the bay has a 5ft sofa bed, Smart TV, DVD player. The main bedroom with access to the patio has a 5ft bed and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is a laundry room on site.


Heating: Electric controllable radiators throughout.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
