Located off the slipway to the surfing beach at Porthmeor, it is just a few steps to the golden sand from the apartment and a few minutes walk to the town and harbour at St Ives or on to the South West coast path. There are lovely sea and beach views from the living area and bedroom.


Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: With views down to the beach and sea, the living area having a Smart TV, and Bluetooth Ruark audio system, double futon bed, pine dresser, chest of drawers and dining furniture. There is a dining table and chairs and the well equipped open-plan kitchen includes and electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer.


Bedroom: There are two comfy 3ft beds, bedside storage and a large fitted wardrobe. Both the living room and bedroom have a side view to Porthmeor Beach, which is just a few steps away.


Bathroom: The good size bathroom includes a shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. The apartment has a large entrance hall with two storage cupboards, airing cupboard and surf board storage.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters and towel rail.

Parking: On-site parking for one car in secure communal garage. Space No. 49 (approximately 15ft L x 6ft 6 wide).

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.

Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.

NOTES: No smoking. Wifi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that numbers 49 and 1 St Nicholas Court share a communal entrance hall and are opposite each other making it ideal accommodation for two parties wishing to holiday together.
