Situated on the slipway, just feet away from the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach its location makes it the perfect property for a couple to relax all year round.

The comfortable living area has a window seat in which to enjoy the partial views of the golden, sandy beach and sea, there is also a Smart TV and Klipsch Bluetooth speaker. The bedroom area is just off the lounge with a 4ft 6in bed. To the rear is a spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner with an induction hob and electriccooker, fridge and washer/dryer. The large recently renovated bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.

Pets: One dog allowed for an additional charge.

Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.


Parking: No parking at the property however you can briefly park outside the front door to unload.
