Penguin is a comfortable, compact first floor apartment which boasts superb views of the sea, harbour and town. Being just a short walk to the golden sands of Porthminster beach and the many shops and eateries it's perfect for a couples all year round retreat


From the communal hallway off the Warren one flight of stairs takes you to the first-floor apartment. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV with DVD Player, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and stunning views of the sea, harbour and town. A great place to sit and let the hours drift by. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and a bathroom which is fitted with a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.


Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
