This ground floor studio style flat is situated in a fantastic position directly on the harbour front, making it a great location to relax and take in the views of the harbour and town.


The stable door takes you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large windows to sit and enjoy the superb views of St Ives. The lounge area has a TV, and a CD player. The modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. Thesleeping area has a 6ft zip and link bed which can separated to make 2 x 3ft beds (Please inform us when booking if you would prefer the beds as two singles). The shower room has a shower, wc and wash basin.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
