Up In The Ayr is a bijou apartment on the first floor of a converted house and is a perfect compact base to explore the beautiful coastal walks, beaches and restaurants in and around the town.


Up one flight of stairs from the communal hall you enter into the kitchen/lounge/diner with a TV and sea views. The bespoke kitchen area has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box and a microwave. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and an en-suite comprising of a shower, wc, hand basin and a heated towel rail. At the rear of the property is a parking space and a convenient 'lock-up' (Number 3) where you can store surf boards, beach kit or even bikes.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
