    Good space for the 5 of us with the 3 bedrooms, the patio is convenient. Needs a good spring clean though, cob web and dust in corners, under beds and bathroom exhaust. Good range of kitchen equipments but non stick pans need replacing. Great location and quite area. Overall fine for the price but a deep spring clean, replacing fly screen on sliding door and an upholstery clean of the arm chairs and a fresh coat of paint maybe is needed to meet it the “stylish” title it claim to be.

    We arrived to to a dark, cluttered smelling flat. The windows and front door have no fly screens so opening them was not an option, unless you like midgee and mosquito bites. The place was packed full of furniture so there was no space to move. Dead cockroaches decorated available surfaces. The outdoor back area was full of cobwebs and leaf matter and the yelping puppy next door completed the ambience. The bedroom fan didn’t work and there was no aircon. The first day a man knocks on the door and states he is there to do a termite check. Proceeds to come into every room and comment on our personal belongings!! Real estate who manage were completely useless. Paid for six nights stayed one!

    As pointed out in the title, this premise had everything you wanted. All modern appliances, the bathroom could have used sone TLC, overhead shower coming away from the wall, very poor water pressure, and the sink in the bathroom, poor drainage.

    This comfortable trendy unit is as you see in the photograph. Impressive , and most suitable for singles or family stay as it is situated walking distance to the beach , Friday markets , and family things to do. Have booked again for another Aussie holiday.

    Cleaner / needs lessons or a decent brush as that does the job as toilet bowl has a lot of history staring straight back up at you Ewwww. Place reeked of damp & mould, the smell was just so strong & pervasive in every room, bed covers & pillows stank of this. No air-con. No fans in kids room of air flow. Part of many split apartments in same old house building converted. Had to have front door open and rear door to try blow rank smell out. No flyscreen covers on windows or front door. Good conversion but still lacking badly in small things that do count. Zero plastic bags for waste bin. Not even a tea towel to dry dishes. have to bring literally everything or buy it for any short stay. Noise from people walking upstairs would be annoying in the least. Instead of so many units, having less & better done would have been better and got more money. Stay again / Not a chance. Recommendation / go elsewhere ! We are not hard people to please but this was below par especially the strong rank damp & mould smell.
