Stayed Jun 25, 2025Pros: amazing viewCons: air conditioning didn’t work. Room stayed between 75-80 degrees for a week. Nobody came to even attempt to fix it. Woke up sweating every night. The host was informed and he said he put in a request to fix, but it never happened. The room is old and falling apart. Toilet hardly flushes, faucet handles falling off shower. Needs a lot of updating. I had to leave a night early and stay at aria so I didn’t sweat my last night on vacation. I wasn’t offered any refund or discounts. I strongly recommend finding a different room and/or hotel to stay at. Palms place used to be pretty nice. It went down hill.
