This property is VERY affordable, which at first makes you think it is probably not a great place to stay. You are SO wrong! The room was so big! Lots of space! All the amenities you could ask for. Is it older? Yes. But it is very well maintained and pretty clean. I was in town for a funeral, not vacation, so I had a lot of free time on my hands. I spent several hours at the pool just soaking up some sun and reading my book. I hardly saw another soul. The pool area is absolutely lovely and the pool itself is VERY clean. Just a couple of things you might want to be aware of: **The check out list of duties was much more extensive than I was prepared for. Make sure you leave time on day of checkout to do some house keeping. **Room 107 (which I was in) is right by the only entrance to the hotel. The note on the gate, says close quietly, but no one does. I found this out at 3am when a family was moving into one of the rooms upstairs and made several trips to and from the car. Bang! Bang! Bang! If you make reservations, you may ask to NOT be placed in that room. I would absolutely stay here again, if nothing more than the beautiful pool and quiet atmosphere. However, the location of this place is also a huge plus. Lots of places to eat within just minutes and the lake is just down the road...a great place for some morning exercise.

Loved the quiet and closeness to downtown. It really is a great place to stay. Do not like the fact that when I got into the Vrbo site, it was not clear how to access my info on how to get into the building. My husband and I tried everything in the site we could think of and finally the info popped up; after 40 minutes of trying! My husband is a navigation Pro but couldn't figure it out. Also, there was no contact name and number at the actual site to call. We tried the Verizon number and it was now someone else's number.? Overall, it is a great location and place to stay. The pool is very nice and no riff raff hanging out around the property.

The pool was heated and definitely a plus for this stay. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Was lucky to have found this and would certainly stay again. Very nice property. Rosie the housekeeper was aa delight!

We were fortunate enough to be there when the “annual snowbirds” were there. How pleasant when traveling to encounter a little community. Rosie was awesome! She takes pride in keeping the place spotless.

Interior is a bit out dated but, home is exactly as listed. Great area, easy check in, and the grounds are very quiet, and clean.

We enjoyed our stay, could use better couch, chair & bed.TV's had poor reception on Direct TV, fading in and out.We had a lot of crickets, which were very bothersome.Kitchen stuff as needed, was well stock with other supplies. We did use the pool several times and that was very nice.

The property is great. The unit not so great. The bed in the room was caved and the closet doors were off the rails, the unit was dark as the window blinds were broken (couldn’t crack blinds) the sofa couch was uncomfortable. The mattress had springs popping through. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the the sink clogged. The restroom needs attention. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have children as the floor is concrete. When wet very slippery.

We would probably stay again it’s in a perfect location for our adult family of 3. We can park our seadoos in the lot and our son can park his car too. The couch bed is what to be expected (uncomfortable). The king bed was fine for my husband and I. The kitchen was full of all the supplies to prepare breakfast and the grocery store is right down the street. The property manager even let us leave our sun tea on the patio for the next day while we were gone on the river. Very sweet of her. In my opinion Everything was terrific for the price!

It was clean but not very well maintained. We were forced to leave 3 days before our contract was up. The bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe and leaky toilet. After some upgrading it is a good place to stay. The owner did refund the days we were inconvenienced

The location was great and the neighborhood very safe. The unit, however, needed a very good cleaning (kitchen cabinets and microwave were sticky to touch) and the bathroom shower was grimy - the shower curtain was stained and torn.

I wanted to leave my review for this property because of how AMAZING it was from start to finish! I will be very honest and direct so here it goes... Pros: - LOCATION! It is super close to all of the Downtown Bars and shops in Lake Havasu (about 2-3 blocks) and London Bridge (2 miles or so, so say less than 10 mins if it isn't a holiday weekend) so this makes things much easier for you if you wish to walk, rather than drive to where you want to go. If you like to have fun it saves you from driving (Hint: Holiday weekends are no joke with the cops, do not drink and drive!) - The Space: The photos do not do it justice. You get a spacious 1 bedroom condo, with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. - Rosie! The onsite manager is a gem and very sweet. She is very friendly and always asks if you need anything to make things easier for you during your stay. - Clean and quiet common space and pool: Even with the holiday weekend, it was still not noisy during my stay CONS (if I had to pick any, but this is just me): - The unit is right next to the main entrance door to the complex. Some people will slam the door, but that is not a unit problem. Just get ear plugs at night if it distracts you. - Keypad for entry: It works, that is not the issue, but if you do not know how to operate it when it is in sleep mode, it can be tricky. But the host cleared it all up in 2 mins :) All in all, GREAT stay, hope it opens up again my next turn back!

This property worked really well for our family with young kids. It was close to all of the attractions in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
