Stayed Feb 9, 2025We took our toddler to Gatlinburg for a family vacation, and he absolutely loved it! The suite is located close to everything! We were able to go on a new adventure every day, after spending each morning at the splash park. He loved his bubble bath in the huge tub, and did not want to leave at the end of vacation. Leavetown was attentive and helpful with anything we had questions about. Definitely recommend!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Clean and Fun. Enjoyed outdoor pool that was still open and heated. Great location, close enough to get to action, but far enough to enjoy quiet time with friends and family. Check-in was a little off putting with the hard time share sale, but once I assured I was not interested we were still treated well,which was good. Also, needed band aids and the vacation office brought me plenty which was nice. Master bed was Firm, could use some pillow top or softer mattress would be only recommendation.

Stayed May 19, 2022This property is a small resort that they're renting suites through VRBO. Our overall experience was good, but check in is a little cumbersome. You have to go to one desk and tell them who you are, then you have to go to another desk and they won't give you your keys until they try to hard sell you on sitting through their time share sales pitch. I probably had to tell them I'm not interested 8-10 times before they finally gave up and gave me our keys. They kept having issues with their key programmer in the back room which was just their way of keeping me standing there listening to her pitch for much longer than needed. The check in time took at least 15-20 minutes while my wife and three children set in the lobby with all of our luggage. It was annoying,. Once we got through all of that it was clear sailing. The suite was nice, the location is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and my kids loved the little water park and the outdoor pool area. I would recommend staying here, just be prepared for an unnecessary sales pitch when you check in.

Stayed Mar 16, 2022When looking for a vacation for my family they had certain requests. My husband wanted a kitchen to cook in, my daughter wanted an indoor pool, I wanted to be on the trolley route so I didnt have to drive once we got there. This place had everything and more! I just wish that that I'd found out before I finished booking that you had to pay for it all up front. Would still do it again.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021The room was exactly as described, property manager was quick to respond to questions, the check in process was a breeze, the room was Beautiful & clean & the entire place was ran extremely well all the way to the night staff, cleaning & making sure the pool areas were clear. Definitely recommend.
