Pools, Hot Tubs, and More!

It’s perfect if you have tickets to a Sphere show! Otherwise it’s a 15 min walk to the strip. It’s a timeshare & they will call the room daily to try to get you into one of their demos. We didn’t like being on the 3rd floor. My 71 year old father was definitely upset about that. I wish we would have been given an option on that. They never cleaned our room. We set a giant bag of trash out for pickup and it was still sitting there when we left.

Fantastic location if you are attending an event at the sphere. Right next door! Units are clean and serviceable. Easy, affordable and good restaurant on site

Clean comfortable rooms

Did not like that there was a fee charged when you checked that I was not aware of.

Good location. Clean property. Nice apartment set up. All needed amenities: pots, glasses, cups, plates, cleaning. Laundry with some detergent. Bathrooms with Dove shampoo and such. Good bedding. Pool. The only BIG issue was that in-unit AC wasn’t distributing cold air and general air circulation evenly, living room and main bedroom were super cold while secondary bedroom was hot.

Great location!! Super Easy access to the Sphere as well as the strip. Nice pools onsite to unwind. Unit was clean and well furnished. Unfortunately we had to deal with noise from traffic and construction since our unit was located on the street, at the front of the property. We did need to decline some pressure to attend an informational (90 min) timeshare session prior to getting our keys activated. I was also unaware of the additional resort fees that were due at check in.

We Really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect location and great for 2 night stay with family in town for a high school football game.

Three property and the rental was clean and conveniently located. Close to the convention center and the strip.

Great short trip. Walked to Sphere next door for concert. Great location, nice room, great restaurant on site. Will be back

The place was as described and an excellent location for the show we saw at The Sphere!

We went to Vegas to go to the Sphere to see the Eagles. Sphere was within walking distance, which worked out great. The property is a little dated , but was clean, and quiet, with plenty of room (there were three of us) - although they need to replace the ancient coffee maker. Onsite restaurant was fine. Only deterrents were a) during check in process, they try to rope you into attending a 1-1/2 hour presentation the following day regarding purchasing a timeshare. You can refuse it if you wish, they try to convince you to do so -offering discount coupons & such. Just stick to your guns ! b) F1 race made traffic a real mess. Even though it was scheduled for 2 weeks out, there was a lot of temporary construction, and closing of streets. Real hassle getting around by car.

Nice place. Close to the strip. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our time.

Okay stay, the phone did not work and there was a dirty dish under the bed. But it was a good location and room for my family.

The hotel room was clean, and had everything we needed there. A walk to the strip is about 15 minutes - which in the Las Vegas heat was too much for us. We thought there was a shuttle service, but that was only for on their property. The pool was a bit hot but still nice to cool down after a long day in the city. We would stay here again!

This was a cozy place to return after walking around the Strip. Has all of the things you need.

The location is just one block off of the strip, right next to The Sphere. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. The service was slow and they were out of a few items. The check-in process was a bit annoying. The front desk gave us our keys, but sent us to a different desk to have our keys activated. Well, that desk makes you go through a sales pitch on buying into the Holiday Inn vacation club before they activate your keys. This takes 20 minutes. We had zero interest and informed them as politely as we could. Everyday, we received multiple phone calls from people assigned to us saying they were our VIP guide, and really just wanted to go through the entire vacation club spiel again. That was super annoying. I would’ve booked somewhere else if I knew this was going to occur.

Beautiful Property to relax or go enjoy all that Vegas has to offer.
