Oceanfront Studio Suite w/Rooftop Pool & Views - Ocean Drive - South Beach

The host was very informative before the trip, we didn’t need any thing while there so didn’t have to contact them. Although they did mention that new towels would be delivered on the 23rd but that never happened.

The place is nice loved the rooftop pool and how close we were to the beach. The only bad part of our trip was that Ocean drive was closed and parking was horrible. Otherwise we had a great time!

Location was very nice and convenient. If you are light sleeper, palace is right next door and is extremely loud at night. It really didn’t bother me and my girlfriend tho. But I can see of it did. Was clean and had everything we needed

View of a wall and plastic roof. Dingy balcony, cigarette butts everywhere, just plane nasty. No view of the ocean or beach. And, the plastic attaches to the balcony and the bar/nightclub and lets you see right inside a bar/night club which plays very loud music all day and all night. Zero privacy.

Booked this sight for my Honeymoon. The pictures do not match the condition of the place. It was clean, but dated. Also, the sound of the Bar next door is really loud and you can hear it late at night. First time to South beach so not sure what I expected but overall area seems a little sketch. We had no issues, but didn't necessarily feel safe when we left the Apt.

We loved this property! It was well located. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants and right across the beach. Which we had loved. The drag bar next to the room can be noisy but for us it wasn’t bad at all! They closed around 12:30am almost every night which wasn’t bad for us. You could walk to bars, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this stay!

This place has a great pool and the building was really easy to work with.

This property is made up of four separate buildings with units owned by multiple owners.The photos shown on all their listings are of the main building only.Listing states it is accessible by elevator which again is in the main building. That said, only one other building is connected to the main one by elevator via a convoluted route through service areas where the doors were locked to us more often than not. If you are staying in another one, you will have to leave your building and walk on Ocean Drive (not a long distance) to the main building to use the pool.You will be assigned a unit number in your confirmation which isn’t unusual but the room assignment is totally meaningless unless you are aware that your room may not be in the building you think you are renting.Our room had all the amenities listed but was dark and our view was of the building next door with a huge sheet of plastic spanning the two buildings to protect the drag bar/restaurant below from the elements. Music as loud but white noise will cover it up. Balcony was a joke.Check in is at 3:30. If you arrive early, they will call you when your room is ready.. We were contacted at 12:30 and told if we wanted the early check in, there was a 25 charge. WHY? We declined and at 3:15, they did us the big favour of giving us our keys 15 minutes early.Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but often just shrugged their shoulders at our concerns.Wish I could add photos.

Everything was great! The club/restaurant music u could barely hear if you turn on the TV. The AC WAS GREAT! The only negative Was the balcony. Couldn’t really see anything. The bed could’ve been alittle firmer.

Horrible definitely not as listed. We drove 14 hours and stayed 1 night of our 10 that was paid for.
