The room still looked damaged from flooding and not renovated from that incident. There was damage to the trim and bottom of bathroom door from water, and evidence of past mold in tub. The kitchen cabinet had veneer peeling off and ceiling light fixture was not secured. We used the dehumidifier and it didn't turn off when full so woke up to a puddle on the floor. I'd definitely stay here again, just not in this downstairs room unless fixed.

I was totally disappointed with the accommodations.. The room was located on the first floor. It was dark no windows just one glass Sliding door. The shower in the bathroom look like and was full of mold. I scheduled for two nights and I left the first one.. This place needs upkeep desperately… The price that you pay for this totally overpriced. The grounds were Poorly maintained, I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anybody.

I was supposed to stay for a week but ended up staying elsewhere due to the mold build up in the bathroom. I also didn’t like that only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper was provided and that was it. I traveled cross country and didn’t bring paper products with me. Would have liked enough just to get through a day until I could shop. They were constantly moving furniture around as it was off season. . The location is excellent but the lodging itself is completely run down. Stay at your own risk and bring toilet paper.

We reserved a room with a queen bed and a double bed. The images of our room online showed a modern, clean, recently renovated room. When we arrived we were told that room was not available and we were given a room that had a king and a fold out couch. The room smelled, was not clean, was in disrepair with drywall patches etc., a malfunctioning toilet, dirty carpets and furniture, etc. when I went to get towels and pillowcases (because there weren’t any in the room) shortly after arriving the office was closed. I went back down at 8:10 the next morning and the office was closed. It was so bad we chose to not stay for the last night we paid for, forfeiting the money we paid for the night.
