Stayed Jul 24, 2025Would not recommend property not maintained in units or outside. Dirty unit and couch broken handle on door. Had to have maintenence come fix AC. No handrails on the pool which is not heated. Kitchen was not stocked so we were unable to cook. Coffee cup had food stuck to it like glue gross. Refrigerator froze our food on lowest setting. No ice even though signs were up. Trash left not picked up had to ask. Broken uneven pavers walkway my friend fell still have mot heard from manager which they would not call. Location was great.

Stayed Sep 1, 2022While clean, this property is very outdated. Outside needs paint as does the inside. We had multiple holes in the walls and around the lighting. The bathroom door doesn't fully open. Tiles are cracked in the bathroom. The room had a smoke smell.

Stayed May 26, 2022This place is in a perfect location for families or just a couple wanting to get away. Excellent response time with property management for any issues or concerns. So close to everything that Hampton beach has to offer. I would definitely stay there again. Only a few down side was definitely not enough pots and pans to cook with and only one tv worked.
