The 3 room apartment is newly renovated and furnished. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a children's room, the living room with an open kitchen and a shower room with its own sauna. The bathroom has a large radiator for drying towels. There is a 180 cm double bed in the bedroom and a mattress sofa in the living room. The living room faces south, there is the large dining table from an old door with 6 chairs. In the kitchen youwill find a 4-ring ceramic hob with an oven and a fridge with freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine. A new dishwasher has also been installed in the new kitchen. It is sufficient dishes, including Pots and pans available. A large roof terrace with a large table and 6 chairs and an electric Weber grill are at your disposal. When it came to furnishing, we placed great value on functionality, comfort and appearance and hope you like it. It is in the 2nd Upper floor of a large roof terrace and offers you as a couple, as a family, a nice and quiet place to stay for the holidays, a long weekend or for work. The house in which the apartment is located is located in a restricted traffic street, in a curve and is only 250 meters from the beach. Parts of the Baltic Sea can be seen from the apartment and can be easily reached on foot.   The bathroom was rebuilt in 2019. A large towel radiator has been installed, the shower is tiled at ground level with gray porcelain stoneware, the floor is covered with vinyl and the walls are cleaned, painted.   The all-glass shower cabin is made of coated safety glass ESG. The shower thermostat is from Hans Frohe and the shower rod from Hans Grohe. A rimless hanging toilet with high-quality lid and automatic lowering and glass operator panel from Tece.   The single washbasin is made of porcelain with a base cabinet and 2 drawers with socket and hair dryer.   The sauna has two beds with a length of 2m and is therefore for max. 4 people can be used at the same time. The outside of the sauna is covered with 100 year old spruce wood and has a Finnish sauna heater with intergr. Control.  

Construction work is currently taking place in the vicinity. Due to this possible impairment, we have given a discount for this period.   We are well prepared for families: we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for our younger guests free of charge. By the way, dogs are also very welcome.   Behind the house, a gazebo with a barbecue area invites you to relax. We also rent bicycles, beach-compatible e-bikes and stand-up paddle boards. The house has its own section of beach with spacious beach chairs and day beds - just 250 meters from your apartment. Bicycle storage facilities and your own parking space can be found directly at the house.   You have free WiFi in all our apartments.     Other important information: All of our apartments have a kitchen where you can eat.   Sheets, bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning are included in the price. After 7 days of accommodation, intermediate cleaning is also included in the price. Breakfast can be booked for a fee of € 10 per person. Breakfast times are daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. From 12 noon, the breakfast room can be used as a common lounge for play afternoons and get-togethers. Another intermediate cleaning and linen change can also be booked on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for group trips. Sierksdorf is a health resort, so you have to pay local tax in cash.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
