The room was great but the neighbor right next to the master bedroom was partying all the night.

Very nice view with excellent living experience. Self parking is very close to lobby. Room contain most daily living stuffs. It’s a private room so some others pi required may need charge. However, it’s very nice to live there.

The Dream Penthouse was a great space for my divorce party. The view of Vegas was epic, the place easily fit 4 guys with plenty of room to spare, and it was connected to the Palms. And it was a quick taxi or Uber trip to the strip.

Great property!

This property is absolutely beautiful! I had the best time celebrating my birthday there and had no issues. Even got to meet the host who was a delight. Definitely my go to property for special occasions!

My friends and I have stayed at most major properties on the strip and decided to try something different. Best decision we’ve made in Vegas by far, the property is amazing! Great for entertaining and relaxing. Would recommend for sure.

The entire place stunk of marijuana on the floor and in the whole building. The beds did not have top sheets we had to find and put on, the beds were falling apart. Furniture was not good, cheap and old. The place only sleeps 4. The media room is not a bedroom and the bed/couch was nasty I wouldn't let my kid sleep on it because it was so nasty. TV did not work in bedroom at all and was very old. That was fixed while we were there though This is not a good place for a family, more for young people who don't have much money. Many more issues but don't have the time or the space to write it all on here. many other places to stay for cheaper and nicer.

We had a great time. This view does not disappoint. Comfortable, clean and spacious.

Armen was wonderful! I would definitely rent from him again! Absolutely amazing room!! The best view of the strip!

Exceptional

The property was perfect and we had so much fun on the deck with the hot tub—it was perfect!

Our family of five (two adults, three kiddos) had a such a spectacular time here! The property itself is stunning, spacious, and the views from that hot tub can't be beat. Great location - close to so much but far enough off the strip for a little more peace. Absolutely no issues getting Lyfts/Ubers from morning to night (usually arrived in two minutes). I'd add that the pool/bar area was also exceptional! Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Condo was clean and extremely well-stocked. It was super nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry. During our Las Vegas trip, we were able to see a Cirque show, do some shopping, try out some great restaurants, and even took a day to kayak on the Colorado River. It was always such a treat to have such a lovely spot to come back to each evening. Would highly recommend!
