The house is perfectly situated in an old squad (the fourteenth), in the heart of the historical center of Porto, which over the years keeps a unique and particular identity. It is the most consolidated area of the historical and urban point of view, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded with monuments, cultural facilities, shops, restaurants, cafes and taverns with the best snacks of the city, allowing a quick immersion in the local culture and cuisine.
A fully renovated and equipped building in a safe and quiet area, ready to receive demanding and selective visitors, seeking an attentive reception, an experience in an intimate setting, a mixture of warm and relaxed, with a beautiful view of the Douro river, close to some of the must-see places such as Port Wine Museum, Electric Car Museum and Alfândega (Porto Congress Center).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
If you walk the marginal road towards the center of the city you have the Church of S. Francisco (18 minutes walk), the Ribeira, Stock Exchange Palace (Palácio da Bolsa), Institute of Port Wine and Ferreira Borges Market. If you choose to follow the opposite direction, Foz of Douro and beaches, where you can do a lots of water sports. Walking up the street of Restauração, you can explore the gardens of Palacio de Cristal (10 minutes walk), Clérigos Tower, Lello bookshop, Portuguese Photography Center and end up in the bars area, Galerias de Paris.

GETTING AROUND
Close to a tram, bus stop and Tourist circuits (city sightseeing). As well as a helicopter, if you want to fly over the most emblematic areas of Porto. So you can visit the city very easily. Easy and free parking on the street and it's a short drive from the freeway (R. Dom Pedro V), Santo António Hospital and Continente supermarket.

The flat has wooden floors, cable television and wifi internet. All including bed, bath and kitchen linen. (Weekly linen changes and final cleaning). All guests could use to a common kitchen, shared with more two bedroom equipped with induction hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and the basics (cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, pots, kettle). Access to a common patio and toilet service on the outside. There is also an informal table like a moon orbiting a planet. The seat and table in a single expression. You could rotate all seats around the center. that allows you to share and interact during dinner, so you can explore other cultures, learn share experiences, laugh and enjoy their meal. Sharing food and stories.
