Stayed May 30, 2025Overall this is an amazing spot. It is basically a hotel suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for us. Everything else pictured is in the building but not the room. Do not miss the view from the observation deck. You can see the building from almost everywhere in Boston!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We had a fantastic stay at the Customs House! The unit was immaculate, the property was awe-inspiring given its history, and the location set aside enough to be quiet, but close enough to public transport and local landmarks. Our host was very gracious and communicated with us all of the pertinent information. We highly recommend this property for a stay in the city!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Beautiful place to stay with stunning city views. Walkable to so many places including Boston Commons, Beacon Hill and North End for Italian dining! Was just steps away from the T line for further away adventures!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Our 3 night trip was wonderful. The room was spacious enough for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and was comfortable. The location was the best. Easy access to different subway trains, aquarium, the north end and many restaurants. We felt very safe and would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023We've visited Boston many times but we feel this is our favorite area. The condo is comfortable for 2 adults. And surprisingly quiet. The stars say it all. Would definitely recommend but we want it available next time we visit!

Stayed Jul 23, 2023The property is fabulous and in the best spot in Boston to explore the city. The accommodations are roomy and had everything we needed . We feel extremely fortunate to have found and been able to stay here. Service was impeccable and communication was great with the host. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to everyone. Thanks so much!

Stayed Sep 7, 2022First visit to Boston and was impressed with the manager’s and staffs (especially Justin) exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The 18th floor room was spotless and faced the Long Wharf and bay……extremely convenient location for exploring “old town” and local restaurants, as well as commuting to and from the airport (Aquarium Station). Will reserve again during my next trip to Boston…..

Stayed Jun 22, 2022The owner was super helpful and we also love Monika the concierge. This location is a real treat. The room is beautiful and we were so surprised to find Quincy Market. We were sad to leave even after 5 nights. Disappointed that there was no stove, but who needs a stove when you have everything steps from your door. Very fun adventure for our family with girls 11 & 13. We walked to the Opera and saw Wicked. We were entertained with the traffic in the wharfs. Lobster is everywhere. Amazing experience for this rural East Texas family.

Stayed Jun 14, 2022We stayed here with our teenagers and had a great stay. This is two stops away from the airport on the blue line T. The proximity to so many things in walking distance is awesome. The building and villas are beautiful, with a wonderful and welcoming staff. Bill, the host, has been a tremendous response with excellent responses and kindly answered all my questions!
