Amazing rental. 1 hotel properties are the best. Clean, spacious, top level service, everything on hand, wonderful pool area and service, great restaurants and healthy snacks and top notch quality. Great location and most important great communication and service from the rental staff. Will come back!

Host (Robinson) actually arranged to meet us in our unit day of arrival to go over WiFi password, tv cable remote, lighting, kitchen/laundry appliances, facilities access. We’ve stayed in many units in same property 1Hotel Miami Beach, over the years and this effort was a first! Appreciate that!

We have stayed at a couple properties here, but this room was our absolute favorite! The lounge on the balcony was perfect for morning and evening coffees and watching the water. Kitchen was very user friendly and we were able to make our breakfasts every day! The bathroom is massive, but the true start is having two separate toilets. Bedroom was spacious and plenty of closet space, and the bed was VERY comfy! What surprised us the most was the host having a person tour the room with us during check in. He demonstrated how to use the amenities like the tv remote, kitchen, etc. Incredible customer service and STUNNING property! I am absolutely positive that if I requested any amenities they would have responded and answered the request immediately, but we did not have any immediate needs. We were blown away by this location, room, annd service and will be requesting this room every time we come to Miami!

The room was fabulous. The check in process was smooth. The communication with everyone was great until I needed the WiFi password. I think that request was overlooked in the text exchange but overall I would definitely stay again and again!

My sister and I were looking for a relaxing, private getaway after a really rough year. We looked at so many properties, hotels, options and just happened across this property. The photos drew us in. But the immediate, purposeful and helpful service we received from the owner and staff cemented this for us. We were walked through everything using secure payments and communications. We felt very confident that we were going to be dealing with a professional and experienced VRBO owner on the other end. We arrived to a spacious, clean and welcoming home away from home. Exit process was so easy. Again, we were kept up to date on expectations and suggestions. Very helpful because when you are on vacation, you don't want to be making decisions! The resort itself was perfectly located to the water and area hotels/shops. Resort staff was welcoming and helped us with any questions, directions or suggestions, The on site restaurants were perfect options and the food was delicious. We know that is a cliche, however, it really was true! There was really no need to go outside the resort/VRBO condo. But we did just for a change of pace. We ubered to/from the airport. Very easy to do. I really cannot think of anything cautionary to report. We will certainly be back and we look forward to returning hopefully in the spring. Thank you to our host and staff. We returned refreshed and inspired.

We booked this apartment for our one week annual visit to Miami. The apartment was gorgeous and impeccably clean. We had everything needed for eating in or out and a fantastic terrace with ocean view for evening glass of wine before dinner or night cap afterwards. The owner and managers were accessible and very responsive. We enjoyed all hotel amenities with the comfort of an apartment. The staff at the property and hotel are also stellar.

We had such a great time at Natalie’s 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite -

The Suite is really nice, cosy and warm design, location great. Integrated into the 1 hotel which is is a top place. Great pools, restaurants, service, beach is excellent. Everything. The only minor things for us was missing wardrobe space. In the bedroom there is one small closet and there would be (I suppose) a larger walk-in closet which is locked. Probably the owner uses it as storage room form his/her personal belongings, which I fully understand. If I was the owner of this really nice unit, I would add an additional small armoire in the bedroom (instead of the mobile clothes rail, which is positioned currently). And replace the design object/ chair in the living room with a comfortable large relax chair. We had to use the sleeping sofa for our son, so did not have any seating possibility in the living room. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Natalies Dolce Suite. The service was perfect. Many thanks!

My wife and I had never been to South Beach. Found this 1 Hotel residence through a friend. Our host, Natalie, answered all of our initial questions timely and provided details needed to make our stay exceptional. Great value for the area. 1 Hotel staff were very accommodating. Will definitely return!
