Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has goats and chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We had a great time! The home is very large and the quiet setting is amazing. The housekeeping could have been better. The last tenants left a large amount of trash in the garage which was very smelly.

Stayed May 31, 2024We had a large family gathering planned and this house was just what we needed. Each bedroom was very spacious and plenty of quiet place for each person to go. The kitchen areas was also large and plenty of space to spread out and eat meals together. The yard had a fire pit and swings for small children and animals for the children to enjoy, and the house was only 15-20 minutes away from shops and grocery stores. This is a great place to say and would like to return again. We highly recommend!!
