Stayed Aug 30, 2025The house was a great space for our family (12 people) to stay. The kids loved playing in the back yard. The weather was nice, so the adults took advantage of the back porch area.The host was great to work with and his communication was outstanding.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Loved how private the house was! The host was super accommodating allowing us to check in early. The house was very spacious and worked great for our vacation needs. The only thing that could be improved was all the towels smelled musty.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. The house sits at the end of a gravel road. The scenery is great and the house itself is large enough accommodate 12 adults. It’s less than a 10 minute drive from Bennett Spring and the Niangua River. We plan to rebook for future float trips and would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Wonderful place to getaway. The isolation at the house is wonderful, yet still close enough to fish and float. Nice place. Beds were the most comfy!
