Stayed May 23, 2025We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Jay, the property owner, was friendly and responsive—he even allowed us to check in a little early, which we really appreciated.There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. We were informed upon arrival that the cleaning service had an emergency and couldn’t finish, which affected a couple supplies. We also experienced some issues with the thermostat resetting which the owner will hopefully resolve.That said, the property itself worked out well for our needs. It had plenty of space for boat parking, which was a huge plus for our lake trip. Jay’s excellent communication made a big difference, and with a few small improvements, this would be an ideal lake getaway spot.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024Clean, secure, rental ! comfortable beds, 15 miles from wedding venue. Host was always quick to respond. Would be great to have a light of some kind near gate for entry at night. Otherwise perfect!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024First night was horrible. Arrived at check-in. Property was 84 degrees in the house. Turned AC down. Had to leave because it was too hot to stay in. Came back later in evening. Thermostat auto adjusted back to 85. And property was still 80 degrees inside.
