Quinta da Pedra - the ideal combination of countryside, beach and sports!

The villas and the facilities exceeded our expectations. A great venue for large groups or two families. Both villas are very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The playroom has plenty of room and the pool is set perfectly for sun and shade. An easy drive to main roads leading to many lovely towns, beaches and restaurants. Communication was great and owners very helpful and friendly.

We were an extended group from 0-70, we had a great week in the two villas, they were as described (in fact even better with a 'proper' cot, lots for children, tennis rackets/balls, enough loungers for everyone...) The pool was fantastic in size and well maintained. Very clean in both houses. Useful to bring insect repellent for evenings. We loved the location, quiet and not overlooked, just be aware you're a little drive away from anywhere. (Certainly not a negative for us as we wanted somewhere quiet) (12/15 min drive into Lagos for food/shops/marina. 10/15 mins to beaches. Communication was good before and during, as was check in, thank you to Paulo/Ana for this. We certainly hope to return and would recommend for extended families/large groups wanting a quiet holiday together with a lovely pool and plenty of space.

We spent one week here and it was the highlight of our holidays. The location felt remote but was 10 min drive from Lagos. The football pitch/tennis court, table tennis in the basement and the pool kept all the teens and kids happy. Excellent outdoor amenities and very comfortable lodgings were appreciated by the adults. Loved it, and could easily have spent longer.

This was a family vacation to remember! The Villa and surroundings were incredibly beautiful. It was extremely spacious, enough that three families of 4 people stayed comfortably, never feeling on top of one another. All necessary utilities were included-we were initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the nights were cool and breezy so would not have used it anyways! The amenities were such an added bonus…beautiful pool, tennis courts, soccer nets, games tables and bikes. Also, as long as you have a car, the beach, grocery store and the downtown area of Lagos were just a short drive away. We would absolutely return to this amazing accomodation. Thanks to the hosts for an incredible stay!

The Villa was perfect for a group of 13 of all ages. Spacious, clean, private and everything you need for your stay. The layout of the Villa's and the BBQ area around the pool is ideal for both relaxing in the day and socially in the evening. The hosts give you privacy but are also there if you need them. We've stayed in many Villas but this one is the best so far. I would recommend it

14 of us enjoyed the swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis etc etc in this very spacious property. Several trips to the beach and into Lagos were easily done. Car is essential as nothing is walking distance.

A very comfortable 2 weeks spent in the Quinta which is made up of 2 houses surrounding a large courtyard and pool area. They both have everything you could ever want. We were 3 families with kids 12years and had a brilliant time. The area is quite rural but access to beach with fab restaurant only 8mins drive and Lagos 15mins. The amenities in the house were brilliant. The tennis court, table tennis, table football, bikes to use were such great assets and the pool is a nice large size with a communal eating area and bbq for meal times. The house was immaculately clean too. The evenings in July can be warm but with masses of windows that all had mosquito nets, the houses feel very airy. I would highly recommend staying if you like to have your own space away from the tourist hustle but with everything on your doorstep if you need it.

We had a very pleasant stay @ the house. Great pool, great porch and great hospitality from the owner.

We had the best time staying at this property. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We maxed out on numbers with 16 of us staying here and it still felt like we had lots of space for everyone. Pool was great and tennis court a bonus! Location is a little remote though Ubers/taxis are cheap and only 10 minutes into Lagos. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

We were 4 families and 12 people during our 1 week stay, and this house was very well suited for a vacation for several families together. Both houses were well maintained, and the barbecue with the long table was perfect for late and long lasting dinners. Nice pool, and a beautiful garden. The tennis court was fine for a little soccer playing for the children. Pleasantly remote, yet just a short drive to Lagos, approx 10-15 mins. Paulo answers your questions quickly, problems are fixed, and his parents were very friendly and helpful when they welcomed us on arrival. Remember to bring insect repellent for the very warm nights with little wind. We were all very satisfied with our stay - and we found the property even better in reality than the online description.
