I guess I didn't expect people to be staying in the unit below us, but other than that, the house was as expected. The location (farm and beach access) is amazing. The host (Mossy) was great. More than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Would stay here again.
The property was in disrepair and very dated. The plumbing was not disclosed as being challanged for water and limited in accommodation. Other renters in cabins on property came to use bathroom/shower facilities. Toilet paper was deplenished and no supply available. Beds were worn out with depression in middle of mattresses. Electric lighting and outlets were inadequate. Great potential but rustic conditions were inadequately disclosed.
We loved Seaside Farm. It is rustic, not schmancy, like the working farm that it is. Mossy is delightful. We definitely plan to come back!
