Our guest ranch farmhouse lodge is perfectly located between Drinking Horse Mountain and Bridger Creek for amazing agritourism experiences on our 250+ acre guest ranch called Drinking Horse Ranch. The property has miles of private hiking and walking trails for our guests to enjoy the beauty and serenity that this guest ranch has to offer.  It is only 5 miles from Main Street Bozeman yet the rural atmosphere and the sounds of nature are abundant.   The sunsets, sunrises and wildlifeviewings can be breathtaking.  As owners of this property, we catch ourselves saying how lucky we are to live here and look forward to guests enjoy our farmhouse lodge and our guest ranch experiences. We are the face of our guest ranch operation and provide personal meet and greets for all of our guests.  We have resident horses that love meeting new people and look forward to tasty treats.  Our chickens, which are proudly labeled as Homegrown By Heroes, provide farm fresh eggs for our guests and Lilly the ranch dog is always happy to make new friends.  When staying with us, you will have an opportunity to learn about our agroforestry projects and witness the many timber products that have been made from making our forest healthier and safer (benches, picnic tables, raised garden beds, etc). Checkout our Drinking Horse Ranch Facebook page to see photos of our property.  We also have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath creekside guest ranch bungalow lodge and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath creekside and mountain views guest ranch cabin lodge, should this farmhouse lodge be booked on dates potential guests are looking for guest ranch accommodations.  Our guest ranch is owned and operated by a military veteran and her spouse.  Supporting our military troops, current and past, across our country is important to us.  Please ask about our Freedom Gardens for Heroes and Carrots for Horses agritourism project.

To keep it brief, if I could give them 10 stars I would (5 is not enough). Hosts are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel like your stay will be the most memorable by far. We already are booking again it was that great!

Excellent accommodations, very well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful natural scenery surrounds the location. Located 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman with restaurants and shopping close. Excellent Fly fishing also located near by. All around one of the best places we have stayed and we will certainly be returning.

We loved our stay here. The home is exceptional in every way. The hosts are so helpful and accommodating from leaving us wonderful farm fresh eggs and fresh baked brownies to a well stocked kitchen with everything you need! We loved to walk around the property and feeding the horses apples. Sitting by the creek listening to the water with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine was very relaxing and peaceful. Can’t wait to return!!!

This has been my favorite VRBO stay ever. Not only is the house incredible and super comfortable, but the property and hosts were amazing. From baking us brownies the day we arrived to showing us all around the immaculate property, there was no detail spared from this stay. We would be honored to stay here again, cannot recommend this place enough!
