Aside from all that our farm has to offer, unwind in your exclusive use, amazing view hot tub or whip up something tasty in your efficient kitchen. This small, unique guest house offers privacy amid the trees, with a view that gives a sense of being completely alone. It's large glass windows overlook an expansive view of the environmentally protected, unpopulated, valley below. Outside dining area with hot tub in the very private patio garden attached to the home offers generous space for groups of up to four guests (two guests sleeping on FULL pull-out couch, linens provided.) A FULL sized mattress may be too small for some couples, so if there are 4 adults in your party, please make sure this works for everyone before booking. Compact kitchen with undercounter refrigerator/freezer, bedroom with flat screen and a collection of DVD's. Queen bed in bedroom, (Tuft And Needle mattress), bathroom is ensuite, which means if someone is sleeping in the living room, they'll have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. Excellent wifi for your netflix, remote learning/working, and more; no outside cable service.

We have installed a Five Stage Reverse Osmosis purified drinking water system. (Water source is city water, not well water.). We're right in the middle of wine country in general; one exit south of Temecula's Wine Country, and adjacent to the wine growing community of Fallbrook. If you'd like a wine tour, our comprehensive Activity Guide lists wineries and tour operators and is sent to your email upon making a reservation so you can plan ahead. Call ahead if you have a specific business you'd like to visit, as the economic repercussions of Covid continue to impact our local ecomomy.

Meet our friendly alpacas, Silverado and Dusty, and feed our gentle, miniature dairy goats. Gather eggs from our friendly flock, or just get in some chicken time.

Take a cheese making/butter churning class, jam making class, bread making, or just walk the roads of our 20 acre property, or unwind and enjoy the solitude and quiet.

Once our required rental agreement has been signed, our software sends out access information, directions, and activity guides .

This was such a special place to stay and hope to return soon. The house is cozy and secluded and surrounded by a lush landscape with an incredible view. So much attention to detail in the home itself which made it all the more special. We added a butter and cheese making workshop last minute and it was the perfect addition to the stay and can’t wait to re-create the recipes at home. I can’t say enough about how special the Mountain House stay was. Not to mention the fresh eggs, feeding the peacock and alpacas and admiring all the beautiful flowers and trees while soaking in the hot tub.. I chose it because it had great reviews to begin with and like I said, it was still beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Dawn!

Beautiful area - love all the animals - great for hikes and exploring. The spa during sunset is beautiful. Worth a visit to Rainbow :-)

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. We absolutely adored the animals, they were such a treat to see. The place is quiet and secluded, and the views were spectacular. There’s tons of different fruit trees too. Better than we could have ever imagined! Thank you Dawn, for the beautiful memories.

We were pleased with our stay at the Mountain House at Morning Song Farm. It was a quality structure (this is no garage apartment) with original tile and other quality materials. It has huge windows with views of the hills and the sunset off to the right, and solid canvas curtains to block the morning sun. The spacing was a little tight with four of us (two in the living room), but we made it work and would do it again. The hot tub was a nice bonus that we ended up using everyday. It was a special treat to visit and feed the animals and we helped ourselves to unlimited kumquats from the nearby orchard. It was a quiet stay, very easy, and worth the trip to nearby sites. It seemed like the perfect getaway in the Spring, but I'm sure it's nice during other seasons also. We visited the beach, went strawberry picking, and saw some of San Diego - this is a great location off the beaten path.

We wished we could have stayed longer. Donna thought of everything. From fresh eggs to having the hot tub fired up when we arrived. We have family in the area and this will be our new home away from home when we visit.

We had such a magical stay at the farm in the Romantic mountain cabin. A home away from home with so much charm and peace and quiet. The private hot tub over looking the gorgeous mountainside was a dream. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

I genuinely don’t want to say too much for fear of this secret getting out! Seriously though, this place is fantastic in every way.

Our family will remember this Thanksgiving for a long time. Our grand kids loved feeding the goats, chickens, and holding the baby chicks. Our family learned a lot about cheese /butter making, jam and ice cream making. We took advantage of all the classes offered and were glad we did. Donna, her son and daughter taught our various classes and had so many helpful hints in everything they taught us. Donna is a wonderful hostess and made us feel right at home. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We would recommend this farmstay to couples or families.
