Stayed Apr 3, 2025Our group had a great time staying here for our friend’s wedding! Beautiful property with a large outside space to enjoy hanging out at the pool and around the bonfire. The host is very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 16, 2024We had a fantastic time at the Mavik Ranch. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property was as listed. We had plenty of room and comfort. Having a pool was great with how hot it was. Would highly recommend the property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024My friends and I stayed at the ranch when we had a wedding in Van Alstyne and this was perfect! Lots of beds so everyone had their own bed and the 3 bedrooms were perfect so couples could have a room. The pool was great for cooling ofd in the Texas heat, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, and there were plenty of towels/blankets for everyone. The pictures are also very accurate to the current appearance which made it feel more comfortable from the first time we went inside.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Stayed with Family and Friends for the Eclipse. The property is very rural. Quiet retreat. It is a little bit to go into town, but perfect if you plan on cooking most of your meals as we did. The pool was well maintained.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023We enjoyed the pool, game room, and cards at the kitchen table. We prepared family dinners in the wonderful kitchen. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and plenty of bedrooms. We would rent again :)
