The space
This house was custom built by Ryan in 2018 and it features a bright and open floor plan, a professional kitchen with a 15 foot island, 8 burner Viking stove, and instant hot water. The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings and double doors leading to a private balcony with an unobstructed view of Mt. Pulchuck. The master bathroom has a full steam shower with 2 separate shower heads, 4 body sprayers, and a rain shower. The rest of the upstairs includes three guest bedrooms fully furnished with their own work spaces, a full guest bathroom, and a large bonus room with its own TV and AppleTV. The house sits on a 2.5 acre parked out yard spotted with massive Douglas firs, making the space feel very private yet open. A gate in the back opens up to an additional 75 acres of beautiful forest with miles of trails not open to the public, giving you a private tour of what the great Pacific Northwest has to offer! You will certainly find peace and quiet in this serene landscape.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house excluding the master closet and the garage. This includes access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. Please feel free to enjoy the hot tub, the yard, and our adjoining 75 acres of forest. When we are not hosting, we live in the house, so you may notice some of our personal belongings. Please be respectful of them :)
Other things to note
1 hour and 20 minutes to Stevens Pass, 45 minutes to Mt. Pilchuck, 50 minutes to downtown Seattle, Three recreational boating lakes within 20 minutes, 10 minutes to 30 mile Centennial Trail. We have a large driveway that can easily park your RV, boat, car, etc. We live at the end of a 2 mile shared driveway that is mostly gravel and can be pretty rough. At the end of the gravel road is a steep paved hill, at the top of which sits our house. Icy conditions can make the hill difficult.
