Fully equipped kitchen with bar stools at the counter and a dining room table to sit and enjoy dinners with your family! This unit also comes with a private driveway, garage, kayaks and paddleboards. Sit on the back porch next to the fire pit and relax with a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy watching the sunsets. Or sit on the dock with your feet dangling in the water. Or go kayaking towards the sunset! We provide kayaks and paddle boards if you don't have your own. Kick your flip-flops off and have an amazing, beautiful time at Dolphin Cove Getaway! All appliances, bedding, dishes, pots, pans, etc are provided. Just bring your tooteh brush and flip flops Pets are restricted to one (1) per household and MUST be under 40 lbs. There is a pet application that will be emailed to you. You will need to provide proof from a Veterinarian that the pet vaccinations are up to date and a recent photo of the pet. Pet fee of $200.00 is PER PET. UNAUTHORIZED PET PENALTY IS $500.00 PER PET. Backyard is fenced along the sides but not along the seawall. Caution is urged along the edge of the seawall. There are also a lot of fun amenities around this area including SunWest Park, Florida Exotic Bird Sanctuary, Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park, Weekie Wachee Springs, and so much more!
