The primary bedroom, located on the entry level, offers a private retreat with an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, along with a full bathroom featuring double sinks. Two of the bedrooms are attached to the bathroom, providing convenient access. Additionally, there are extra sleeping areas, including a twin bed in the nook of the upstairs hallway, leading to a large room with a king-sized bed. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The front door is equipped with a Smart Lock, granting guests easy access using a unique entry code provided on the day of their arrival. Events under 25 guest allowed at an additional $250 with prior notice. Parking must stay within the property. No parking on roads outside gate. Please also respect quiet hours and neighbors. All non-overnight guests must vacate premises by 10pm. Guest must clean up all debris from event. Dogs are also welcome $35/pet/day.
