Community laundry is on site, because this is still apartment living and we are all just doing our best with quarters, detergent, and the quiet hope that nobody moves our wet clothes onto a mysterious surface.You also get one parking space included, which means one less nightly ritual of circling the block like a haunted Roomba. Owner pays water and trash. Tenant pays all other utilities.So no, this apartment is not trying to seduce you with marble waterfalls or a bowling alley no one asked for.
