With heavy rains, you can guarantee there will be standing water. It typically dissipates quickly, however, and with the sand being packed, getting stuck isn't much to worry about. They say everything worth having takes a little bit of work, right? You can have the amazing location, but you are going to have to invest some time and $ to get the home dialed in.
