Lansing is located mostly in Ingham County with other portions falling in both Eaton County which is to the West and Clinton County which is to the North. Lansing is also the capital of Michigan. The population here as of 2017 was just about 117,000. The population here in 2010 was around 114,000. This portion of Michigan is the fifth largest city in all of Michigan when it comes to size and population.
