It's an unimproved county right of way it is just west of Nightingale St. The lot is considered a long term investment counting on the surrounding properties to be developed. This lot is not practically buildable by itself. The access is a county right away, it is not developed. To develop that road you have to do it to county specifications. It is possible to vacate the road to make your own access but that takes cooperation with the neighbors. The lot is best suited for adjacent property owners to add to their existing parcel or the intent of acquiring additional lots. Another use is for mitigation, creating open space for developing other properties. Some want to create a Forest reserve. It is also not practi cal to try to bring water and power in for just a single lot. The potential is that sooner or later development will begin in the area.
