The Travel Center will measure approximately 80,000 sq.ft., larger than both the new Buc-ee’s in the works for Sevi erville, TN. and the current world record holder in New Braunfels, TX. In addition to these improvements, Harrison County will also be investing an additional $15M into infrastructure to help support the influx of visitors. The improvements will include expanding the Menge Avenue exits to five lanes and lengthening the I-10 ramps entering and exiting the interstate. Along with the construction jobs during the building phase, the company is also expecting to create approximately 200 jobs starting at $15 per hour and bring in a projected 5 MILLION visitors. Developer will consider both a ground lease and/or a built-to-suit. 3 acre site that can be subdivided into two 1.5 acre parcels for ground lease or built-to-suit.
