Update April 25th 2024 I was told Thomas passed away at this property. I was told it was from natural cause. The probate administrator has accepted an offer subject to court approval and possible overbid with the minimum overbid on 14331 Leffingwell is starting at $609,500 on 5/24 at 8:30am in LA Court. Caution!! Driveway issue. There is a shared driveway with the house to the east at 14335 Leffingwell Road.
