Owner says, Craftsman style with character and many updates. As you have a walk through, allow me to point some out. What's new? Starting outside, we have a new roof with ''Atlas Briarwood Pro'' shingles The exterior cedar siding has been painted with top of line''Behr Ultra paint. The body color is named ''English Castle'' and the trim, ''So Sophisticated.'' You also have a new walkway and stps leading you to the front deck. One more new feature outside is a new ''SharkBite'' spigot. As you enter the 3 Season Porch notice the new carpet and the light fixture overhead, then the ''Schlage'' Oil Robbed Bronze door stops are matching oil rubbed bronze. The Living and Dinning rooms have been painted with Sherwin Williams ''Fleeting Green'' walls with ''Chocolate Kiss'' trim with a custom p wall in the Dionning room. Everyone loves the wood floor put down 10 years ago. Both rooms have a Bronze light fixture with LED bulbs and modern cordless blinds for the window treatments. All light switches and outlets have been replaced including a "lighted" switch for both front and back porch. The kitchen has a slightly darker green paint for contrast with modern corkless blinds on the windows. The cupboards have been updated with an oil based Bright White paint with vintage ceramic knobs made in Japen. Appliacnes include a gas GE Range and matching GE "Space Saver" microwave/hood and a newer refrigerator. A beautiful pulldown "Giagni" faucet sits above the stainless steel sink with new "T 2Seal Strainer" drains. New "quarter turn" water shut off valves were also installed. The light switch and all outlets have been replaced. The bathroom was a focus point with many updates, The beautiful "Price Pfister" faucet, Towel Ring and Robe Towel Hook. The tub/shower has been updated with a new "MOEN" hand held shower head, tub spout, handle, escutcheon and new cartridge. The toilet seat is new as well as the light switch. The basement floor has 2 coats of Battleship Gray floor paint. If you notice, new PEX pipe has replaced all galvanized pipe. The water heater has a new pressure relief valve. The furnace has been checked over by Mid MIchigan Heating and Cooling and works as it should.
