The layout hits all the expected highlights—open concept, natural light, high ceilings, tray ceilings, quartz countertops, gas cooktop and hood vent, wall oven, soft-close cabinetry and tile backsplash—but here’s the thing: it all works together without feeling like it was copied and pasted from the same blueprint 300 times. The owner’s suite delivers what about half the neighborhood has—but you’ll still appreciate it more here: dual shower heads (because sharing one is a lifestyle choice), a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a wood closet system that doesn’t require a post-closing trip to a container store intervention. Out back, you’re part of a slightly more exclusive club: Not all of homes have the 17 ft covered porch, and yes—you’re in it. So instead of staring at your backyard wondering why yours is so tiny and blocked in with a screen, you’ll actually use it. The yard? Fully fenced (like ~85% of the neighborhood, but still essential), PLUS irrigation in the front, back, AND sides—which barely anyone else has and you can't even get in the new homes in phase 3.
