Walking trails through the neighborhood, Alvarado Lake minutes away, Hidden Creek Golf Course down the road, Burleson Town Center for dinner, and downtown Fort Worth in under 30 minutes off I-35W and Highway 67. Alvarado ISD with the new elementary and middle schools now open. Off Cummings Road you're on the highway before your coffee cools. Ten thousand reasons. One orange sunset. Zero appliances to buy.
