Lake Hartwell Luxury Sunrise Penthouse features expansive corner balconies, transom windows, 3 sets of sliding doors (one off the primary suite balcony), 10.5 ft ceilings, and morning sunrises shining in from the eastern skies. Back around the corner and to the left is a walk-in laundry room with a sink, granite countertops, and extra cabinetry. It's spacious enough for the front-loading washer/dryer units or regular styles. If needed you could remove the top left cabinets to stack full-size ones. This will allow you to add another refrigerator/freezer. Do you desire a walk-in pantry? Good, there is one with a receptacle for this family's faux vending machine refrigerator. You could do the same, or expand your pantry shelving. Ready for the big surprise? The custom built wet bar, centered in the dining room, showcases its granite counters, built in refrigerator, bar sink, extra cabinetry and an attractive inviting display. You will notice a few random remotes, they control the electric shades. Quick access from the dining room leads to sliding doors that open onto your grilling area, a wraparound balcony or steps to the central family room. If you enjoy plants, the sellers have already installed the ceramic tile at the sliding doors. The wall-mounted television is highly visible from the dining, family, living and kitchen areas. Barstools are used for breakfast areas or for hanging out with the chef. All stainless steel appliances remain in the kitchen, which features a lit up white and black tiled backsplash. A few steps from the key fob gate allow you to enter the Watermarke Waterfalls, a heated, saltwater, lagoon-style swimming pool. Community cabana to the left and across the pool pavement is the gate to our new steps. Downstairs you will find your covered boat slip #7, which is attached to this unit. The conveniences—enjoying the lake, the saltwater pool, community parties, working out without leaving your property, and the best treat of dropping trash bags into the centrally located trash chute—are enough to spoil you.
