Stayed Jul 4, 2025The layout of the two units was nice. The kitchenware could use some help. We didn’t have sufficient items for cooking but we made do. The pool area and cabana were very nice although the pricing of food and drinks compared to portion size was disproportionate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to others with family traveling or even a couples getaway as everyone had their own private areas. The host was helpful as well as the reservation desk. Greensprings was able to accommodate my request to have the twin beds swapped for queens which was great for my adult children. Overall this was an enjoyable experience.

Stayed Sep 24, 2021We stayed for a couple of nights for a family with 25 for a trip to Busch Gardens and the rooms were great. Check in personnel and housekeeping were nice, friendly and timely with our needs. We will definitely be going back.
