There is an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, fitness center, bocce courts, a clubhouse with a ballroom as well as a computer room and a few craft rooms. This is adult living at its finest! Next up is “The Island Club at Corkscrew.” This single family gated community is situated on 23 acres and has abundant water views. The best part is that these homes are affordably priced and come with some great amenities like a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and and an exercise room. The HOA here covers your water, sewer and lawn care. Having an HOA that covers all those things is great since you don’t have to worry about paying all those bills separately. Economy Here in Estero
Back in May of 2013 the Hertz Corporation announced that it would be moving its corporate headquarters to Estero. The former bases were in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Park Ridge, New Jersey. The Hertz Corporation built a $75 million building that brought more than 750 jobs to Estero. The headquarters was built on a vacant lot at the Southeast corner of US 41 and Williams Road.
