Wellington is a village in Palm Beach County Florida, on the state’s South Atlantic Coast. With a population of more than 61,000, Palm Beach is the most populated village in the state. This beautifully designed and scenic destination was selected by the Palm Beach County Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers as the 2010 Project of the Year.

 

An important part of what makes Wellington an idyllic hometown is its abundant parks and public amenities. The city estimates that approximately 6,000 people visit their facilities and participate in various programs every weekend. The Wellington Amphitheater is a 3,200 square foot facility that includes a top-tier saudio/visual system for community events such as movie nights, music perfromances, plays, and school functions.

 

As the Equestrian Capital of the World it should come as no surprise that Wellington hosts the annual The Winter Equestrian Festival.  The WEF is the largest and longest running equestrian festival running for 12 weeks between January and April each year. Wellington is the ideal location for this event given its more than 57 miles of trails. This elaborate trail system provides local residents the opportunity for recreation, exercise and transportation throughout the community.
