It is in the basement of a mixed-use building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of 2017 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen mattress which is replaced every 2 years. The small bathroom does have a full tubshower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.brbrAs the photos illustrate there are 2 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create white noise if desired. brThe kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils). It does not have a dishwasher. I have tried my best to stock this apartment with the basic food staples including flour, sugar, cooking oil, spices, etc.brbrParking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! This apartment comes with free parking in the parking lot behind the building, so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.brbrOutdoor exterior stairs give access to this unit. 5 Bdrm Ski In-Ski Out Teton Village Home, Jackson Hole Mountain is our backyard

This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is nestled into the mountainside in Teton Village. It is one of the only truly ski in/ski out homes in the village as the ski resort owns our backyard. (There have been months in the past when there is not enough snowfall to ski down our driveway, but when that happens you can walk 5 minutes up a boot pack to get to the Way Home Condominium chair lift!) During the winter, we love skiing home for a late lunch, then heading back out to catch the last tram. During the summer, it's just a 10 minute walk down the hill to 5 star restaurants (like Il Villaggio Osteria), world renowned spas (like the Four Season's Spa) hopping bars (like the Mangy Moose) and the tram. brbrThe location is obviously ideal during the ski season but it's also perfect during the summer, fall and spring as you can bike, hike and golf basically in the backyard. Our favorite hike is the Wildflower Trail which you can access from our driveway. Horseback riding, fishing and scenic/whitewater rafting down the legendary Snake River (with views of the Tetons) is also just a 20 min drive away. Also- During spring, summer and fall we almost always have a moose family that takes up residence next to our small pond in the backyard. brbrThe first floor features a movie/family room, boot room (for ski equipment) spa (with a hot tub and table tennis) 3 bedrooms, 3 full en suite bathrooms and 1 half bath. The second floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a full bath between them, and an art studio. 3 spacious decks on 3 sides of the house give ample views of the mountains (and our resident moose!) and provide a pleasant place to picnic in the summer and roast marshmallows in the winter. There's one outdoor and one indoor fireplace, a natural dried up rock stream that borders the property and leads to a small pond, the drinking spot for our resident wildlife. Other popular perks include a massage chair, a Steinway piano, and Maurice Villency furniture throughout. brbrImportant note: This property has been our primary home for nearly 40 years. There are some hard to reach cobwebs (the central room has 20 ft high ceiling!), family pictures everywhere and mismatched silverware. If you are looking for a whitewashed, pristine, (soulless) rental, please do not rent our home! Upon entry, walk forward to the open floor concept living area where the Kitchen, Dining, and Living rooms flow together providing an expansive space to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book . The updated kitchen with well planned cabinetry and cooking spaces, including brand new stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry and breakfast bar, create a perfect backdrop to create a Wyoming style home cooked meal. Six occupants may sit comfortably at the dining table with ample room for more at the island. Come in and cozy up on the large sectional in front of the gas fireplace after a day on the town. brbrFrom the living room guests will walk down the hall to access the sleeping spaces. There are two large bedrooms boasting king-sized beds and storage galore. To the east, are two separate bathrooms featuring custom tile work and heated floors. At the end of the hallway, is another comparably sized bedroom currently situated with two twin beds that may be converted to a king upon request. Each bedroom has a large flatscreen smart tv. 4Moms pack and play available upon request.brbrThe beautiful corner lot has an established front yard with large pine trees in front, and a fenced-in tranquil oasis in the back designed for both relaxation and hosting. In the summer, step out onto the oversized patio with a sofa seating area that accommodates 10 and a shaded dining table for 8 with an adjacent BBQ propane Weber grill. Play ball in the oversized grassy area, relax in the hammock surrounded by wildflowers and take in the views of Snow King Mountain or watch for local wildlife (deer, rabbits, etc frequent the area). It is in the basement of a mixed-use building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of June 2016 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen mattress which is replaced every 2 years. The small bathroom does have a full tubshower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.brbrAs the photos illustrate there are 2 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create white noise if desired. brThe kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils). It does not have a dishwasher. brbrParking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building, so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no vehicles with trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.brbrOutdoor exterior stairs give access to this unit. The heart of Teton Village is approximately 2 blocks from home. brbrThis luxury mountain home was designed to bring beautiful forest and ski mountain settings into this spectacular home for all to enjoy. My home embraces two hundred year old Douglas Fir trees, Aspens, and a collection of apple trees and other local vegetation on the property. Wildflowers, and mountain shrubbery further add to make this home even more special. Moose, bear, fox, deer, and an assortment of local creatures are frequent visitors to the home. A spacious lawn area doubles as a play area for guests and their children. brbrHand-picked furniture and fine art portraying the beautiful surroundings of Jackson Hole will add to the guest’s special experience. The dining room adjoins an outdoor deck designed for entertaining a large family. The living room sports a wood-burning fireplace and also adjoins a spacious exterior deck with great views of Sleeping Indian mountain and filtered valley views. Large picture windows from this room embrace valley and Sleeping Indian views, while south facing picture windows provide a picturesque view of the ski slopes. brbrNot only do the three large master bedrooms provide spectacular views, bathtub picture windows in these suites provide amazing forest and mountain views. Guests can absorb Teton Village’s all-white forest views in winter and all green summer views in summer while bathing. An additional master bedroom provides immediate access to this home’s inviting lawn area. The guest bedroom and private bedroom on the first floor can provide sleeping accommodations for additional guests. This bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Nine Samsung flat screen TVs insure that guests and their children will not be without their favorite programs and will not interfere with the viewing preferences of other guests. Downstairs, a large 70 TV viewing/family room provides a private area for children’s activities. brbrThe kitchen has eighteen foot tall vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has two large granite islands. One has a prep sink and is immediately adjacent to a Viking six burner gas stove. The other island has a dining bar that seats five. The best appliances, spacious cabinets make the kitchen functional as well as beautiful. Guests can eat in the kitchen or choose the immediately adjacent, but separate, dining room. Dining on one of the two decks accessible from the dining room add to the guests’ choices to make their Jackson Hole experience even more memorable. The hearth room adjoins yet another very large deck that is perfect for entertaining, dining, relaxing or watching wildlife that come and go. brbrFive large outdoor decks of more than two thousand square feet add to the standout characteristics of this already special home.
