At the rear of the home is the large Living Room (with smart TV, Apple TV & coonara wood heater) that flows through to the rear covered Deck and also Bedroom 4 which features BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet).brbrUpstairs is the huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV & Apple TV) that flows through to the front Balcony through double stacker doors. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 with a WIR and ensuite (with shower, bath, toilet and double vanity), as well as a separate Toilet.brbr Outdoor Areas brbrThe fully covered rear Alfresco (with Weber BBQ and table & seating for 7 people) overlooks the enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets alike (pets to sleep outdoors please) and also features a firepit (firewood not provided). The upstairs Balcony (with 2 seater table plus outdoor couch) has fantastic water views over to Phillip Island. The Garage is not for guest use, however there is space for 2 vehicles in the front driveway, and space for another (smaller vehicle) behind the gated backyard driveway, plus additional parking on the street.brbr Kitchen brbrThe fully appointed kitchen is equipped with an Expressi/Aldi pod coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and cook top. brbr Heating/Cooling Systems brbrThere are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in each of the Living rooms, ceiling fans in all 4 Bedrooms, plus four additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required. This impressive 2 storey family home, is your home away from home, with full bed linen and towels included, along with starter pantry and toiletries. The home is family friendly and includes a high chair, kids plates/cutlery and selection of kids toys, books and puzzles, as well as a fully grassed and fenced backyard. Noting that as a two storey home there are internal stairs which do not have child gates, nor do we consider the home fully child proofed.brbr-- Location, Location, Location --brThe property is located within an easy 5 min walk to the local playground and child friendly beach (including public toilets and BBQ area). It is an easy 10 min walk to the main shopping area of San Remo, including a variety of amazing cafes, restaurants and two local hotels. Not to mention the delicious San Remo Fishermans co-op and surrounding foreshore area.brbr-- Upstairs --brAn enormous open plan kitchen, dining and upper living area take in the gorgeous ocean views, and spills onto a large deck area, with 12 person dining and BBQ facilities. The upper living space will comfortably cater for 12 guests across all spaces. The kitchen is kitted out for entertaining at home, including a large fridge/freezer, cooktop/oven, a wide selection of electrical goods including a quality coffee machine. A separate toilet/powder room is also situated upstairs.brbrThe master retreat is tucked behind the kitchen and has plenty of space for baby/toddler bedding, along with a spacious walk in robe, which contains a portacot and single mattress if required. The ensuite boasts a huge bathtub, his and her basins and walk in shower. brbr-- Downstairs --brDownstairs contains 3 generous sized bedrooms all with robes, two with queen beds and one room with two single bunk sets (sleeps 4). The downstairs bathroom includes a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet. brbrThe large downstairs living area includes a sofa bed and plenty of handy cupboard storage, opening out onto a generous back deck/patio area and a large fully grassed and fenced backyard, perfect for kids to run around in.
