About 5 minutes drive will get you to Cowes shopping center and beach. Only a short drive to get to Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade, the Nobbie, Wildlife Park, Koala Reserve, A MazeNThing, Chocolate factory, Cowes shopping centre, Rhyll Trout and Bush Tucker Farm and many other local tourist attractions.brbrSeabreeze Haven is a recently built double story home features 4 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with ensuite, WIR and balcony in front of the house where you can sit back and sip cold beer in summer enjoying the fresh sea breeze while overlooking and listening to the friendly birds chirping over the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 separate living areas and entertaining zones that are filled with natural light and TVs with Netflix, free unlimited WIFI and super comfy lounge sets that will never make a day indoor boring. Perfect privacy offered for 2 families or couples to share the spaces. brbrOn top of that, there is a slate pool table with all accessories for endless entertainment downstairs. There is also a laptop friendly work space upstairs if you need to catch up on work. brbrNespresso coffee Machine is another bonus for making delightful morning coffees (coffee capsules will be provided for start up). Kitchen is well equipped with all the essential utensils and all the basics such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.. where you can prepare and enjoy meals indoor or outdoor on the large decking area at the back overlooking the backyard charming garden.
