The main floor living room has comfortable seating for several people and also has a huge Smart TV. brbrThe kitchen has an open concept to the living room with a full sized dining table and fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, griddle, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, spices, condiments, and all the other cooking essentials to cook up a meal that everyone will enjoy!brbrThe second level features 3 master suites making each room private and personal. All master suites feature luxury King beds, a private and spacious en suite bathrooms with large and trendy walk in tile showers, and individualized decor. The upgraded Luxury master features a double vanity and private balcony. brbrThe home offers 2 spacious living rooms with large Smart TV's that allow you to easily access your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. This is perfect if your group has children that want to watch movies or play games in their own living area while the adults have time for themselves. brbrThe third floor has 2 additional bedrooms. 1 room is the bunk room with 2 bed bunks while the other top floor room has 2 full sized beds large enough for adults. The top floor also has 1 large walk out balcony with outdoor seating and a smokeless fire pit. Each unit has a 1 car garage along with driveway parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, the community has guests parking throughout. Mainly around the pool area. Simultaneously press #2 and #4, then release, and press #3.brbrTV’s- All of the house’s TV’s have access to streaming service such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Simply use the remote to log in to your private account. brbrHeat and AC Controls- Each room has it's individual heater/cooling unit controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We ask that you keep the temperature similar in each room on the same floor.brbrBikes and other Gear - Please leave bikes and other outdoor gear in the garage. Bringing them into the house tracks in unwanted dirt and mess and also damages walls and floors.brbrTowels- Fresh towels can be found under the cabinet of each bathroom. brbrHOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULESbrBelow are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in brorder to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in brthe community. brbrCleanlinessbrAs a courtesy, please remove your shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Food and drink are prohibited within the pool area.brbrShoes and DrinkbrPlease respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited in the 2nd and 3rd floors.brbrParkingbrParking on the street is prohibited. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.brbrSmokingbrAll smoking is prohibited inside and around the home. brbrPetsbrPets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage. Additional cleaning fee may apply if not followed. brbrNoisebrWe want all our guests to enjoy their stay. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during hours after 10:00 PM.brbrbrCHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONSbrCheck out is at 10:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled departurebrHouse Items- Please ensure that all other house amenities such as coolers, toys, games, etc. are returned to their proper place. Make sure BBQ grill/ fire pit propane tank is turned off.brMake sure to log out of your online streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Prime, etc.brbrSecurity- Please turn off the thermostat (unless instructed otherwise) and make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off.brbrLaundry- Before your departure, please start a load of pool towels. Please leave all other used towels, sheets, and pillow cases on the floor at the foot of each bed. Please keep blankets and bed spread are in a separate pile and DO NOT remove mattress covers from mattress!brbrKitchen- Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load. brbrGarbage- Please remove all trash from the house and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Tuesday night. brbrGuest Belongings- Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings. Check in all closets, under beds, and in all bedroom drawers. Ensure that personal towels, pillows, etc. are separated from those provided by the house. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Old Highway 91. Travel south 2 miles and turn right. Continue under two freeway tunnels (tunnels restrict vehicle size to less than 12 feet in height and width) and follow the paved road for 1.3 miles into the campground.
